It was recently sold to an affiliate of Oracle Corporation for $368 million – approximately $1,165 per square foot.

This dramatic 30-story tower was Campeau’s first development project in Western Canada. Grant negotiated a three-party joint venture with the Hudson’s Bay Company and Edmonton Properties, a local landowner. He also managed the design, construction, and pre-leasing of the 400,000 square foot building. The project included an underground pedestrian link to rail transit and to the flagship Hudson’s Bay department store across the street.

Grant and a partner negotiated a Disposition and Development Agreement with San Francisco’s Redevelopment Agency to acquire this high-profile site on which they built an 80,000 square-foot office building designed by the San Francisco office of HOK Architects. We leased and subsequently sold the property to United Bank.
50 West San Fernando | San Jose
This landmark office tower was developed by a joint venture of Simon Property Group and Kimball Small Properties. While serving as president of the latter company (KSP), Grant negotiated the partnership agreement and managed the design, construction, and leasing of the 350,000 square foot building. He subsequently negotiated its sale to Forest City Enterprises. In 2019, the building was once again sold to the Jay Paul Company at a price that then reflected the highest ever paid for a major office tower in downtown San Jose.
